Hester Bloom has more than 20 years experience as an education and training professional with expertise in program development, management and evaluation, and community coalition building. She served as the Regional Director for Quality Improvement for United Behavioral Healthcare in Houston before going to Argentina for a year where she spent time in education and language services. Hester has bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Psychology from the University of Florida, Gainesville. At KTB, she manages the Texas Waterway Cleanup Program and affiliate services and training for South/Central Texas affiliates.
