Michelle volunteered for KTB in the summer of 2003 and joined the staff in November 2003. She received her B.S. in Education from the University of Texas and has three years experience in project management. She currently oversees membership, merchandise, technology, the license plate program, and arrangements for the annual Keep Texas Beautiful conference.
