Youth and Educator Awards

The KTB Youth and Educator Awards honor extraordinary students, educators and volunteers working to improve and beautify their communities. Awards are given in a number of categories, to elementary through college-level youth as well as educators and youth organizers.

Ruthe Jackson Youth Leadership Awards
This honor recognizes the outstanding efforts made by youth whose accomplishments are bringing about cleaner, more beautiful campuses, parks and communities, thus making Texas a better place to live. In addition to the award recognition, a $100 cash prize is presented to the first place winners at our Annual Conference.

Sadie Ray Graff Awards
This honor recognizes those in the field of education who encourage or demonstrate efforts to promote the KTB mission through environmental education. In addition to the award recognition, a $100 cash prize is presented to the first place winners at our Annual Conference.

**The application deadline is 5 pm on May 5, 2015.**
The award application must be submitted online, with written summary and supplemental materials uploaded and application fees. Late, faxed or emailed entries will not be accepted. There is an application fee of $5/entry. Pay your application fee.
