Bluebonnet Clay Shoot
In partnership with the Texas Legislative Sportsman's Caucus, KTB invites you to join us April 7 for the 2010 Bluebonnet Clay Shoot!
Our annual clay shoot serves as an important spring fundraiser for KTB. We have invited an array of legislators and state officials, so if you have ever been eager for the opportunity to break bread with Texas' decision-makers, now is your chance!
The shoot is being held at the Capital City Trap & Skeet Club (map).
Registration for a four-person team is just $1,500, and a two-person team is $1,200. Single shooters can register for $750. Check-in begins promptly at 8:00 a.m., and team play starts at 9:00 a.m. Your registration fee also includes a delicious BBQ lunch, as well as the opportunity to have the legislator of your choice on your team.
Registration forms are available for download; we encourage you to start forming your teams and register now! We also encourage you to consider becoming a clay shoot volunteers!
We are actively seeking individuals willing to be clay docents and keep score, as well as volunteers to assist with registration, traffic control and game day sales. We need volunteers support to make the day a success! If you are interested - or know someone who is If you have any questions, please contact Melissa Trahan.
If you are unable to participate as a shooter or volunteer, but would still like to support KTB and our variety of programs, consider becoming a clay shoot sponsor! As a sponsor, your organization will enjoy widespread recognition in a range of KTB publications, as well as at the event venue. We are also accepting prize donations; if you or your business would like to donate, KTB can create a custom sponsor package commiserate to the value of your item(s).
