The i-Tree Tools help communities of all sizes to strengthen their urban forest management and advocacy efforts by quantifying the structure of community trees and the environmental services that trees provide.
Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design
The LEED Green Building Rating System is a priority program of the US Green Building Council. It is a voluntary building rating system based on existing proven technology. LEED standards evaluate environmental performance from a 'whole building' perspective over a building's life cycle, providing a definitive standard for what constitutes a green building.

Sponsored by the U.S. Department of Education, this website provides extensive resource lists that cover planning, design, financing, construction, and the operation and maintenance of school facilities. The lists are annotated bibliographies and include links to full text publications and related Web sites, descriptions of books, studies, reports and journal articles.
