Why Join Keep Texas Beautiful?
Keep Texas Beautiful exists to serve our members - our purpose is to educate and to promote environmentally responsible behaviors and attitudes.
Whether you're a community, an individual, or a corporation, your support is critical in helping Keep Texas Beautiful succeed in our mission. Our members are committed to making their community a better place.
Your support will help us:
Clean tens of thousands of miles of highways, streets, parks, and waterways
Educate Texans, young and old, about the value of proper solid waste management and recycling
Recognize individuals, businesses, and civic organizations for their commitment to a cleaner, healthier environment through the Keep Texas Beautiful Awards
Reward communities for environmental excellence through the Governor's Community Achievement Awards in cooperation with the Texas Department of Transportation
Train educators with the Waste in Place curriculum for youth, grades K-8

Membership Levels and Benefits
Keep Texas Beautiful offers a number of ways to show your support for as little as $25. Benefits vary by membership level. Explore the options listed below, choose a level that works best for you, and join us today!
Affiliate Members
Your community can join the growing list of more than 335 Texas towns and cities that are affiliates. Exchange ideas, share your experiences, and take advantage of all the great educational opportunities and resources available to you as a Keep Texas Beautiful affiliate member. KTB provides free training, resources, informative guides, and volunteer incentive items to help mobilize volunteers to beautify communities. Click here to learn more about the affiliate program.
Individual Members
Make a commitment towards environmentally responsibility. As a member of KTB you will join other Texans that support the many statewide and local projects aimed at improving and beautifying our state and communities. As a member, you will receive a multitude of benefits, including a thank you gift and a year’s subscription to Grassroots, a quarterly publication in which KTB explores environmental issues and keeps our members abreast of important news.

Youth Members
Keep Texas Beautiful is pleased to introduce YEL! (Young Environmental Leaders), an improved combination of Keep Texas Beautiful’s Youth Environmental Stewards (YES) and the Campus Affiliate Program. As the largest community improvement organization in the state, Keep Texas Beautiful (KTB) can help you become a leader in your community! From one youth to an entire school, there is a YEL! level for youth of any age. YEl! members receive a certificate of membership and more! Click here for more information on YEL!

Business Members
Becoming a Keep Texas Beautiful member sends a message that your company cares. As a business member of KTB, you will join other Texans and businesses that support the many statewide and local projects aimed at improving and beautifying our state and communities, and will receive a thank you gift and a year’s subscription to Grassroots, a quarterly publication in which KTB explores environmental issues and keeps our members abreast of important news.

Financial support from individuals and businesses is essential to the success of our programs. Support of any amount is helpful. All dues are payable yearly, and membership benefits cover one year. And, 100% of membership dues are tax deductible! To join, simply mail or fax the membership application form in. You will receive confirmation of your membership along with a special token of our appreciation in the mail.
Renew Your Membership
As a member, you already know how your ongoing support directly affects our efforts to make Texas the cleanest, most beautiful state in the nation. By completing the renewal process, you’you will seamlessly maintain your membership status.
You may renew by mail or fax with the membership application form or by phone at 1-800-CLEAN-TX.
Give the Gift of Membership
Making a gift donation to Keep Texas Beautiful is a great way to show you support our mission. When you donate $25 or more, your gift recipient will automatically become a member of KTB. Members receive a one-year subscription to our quarterly newsletter, Grassroots; updates on issues you care about through our e-newsletter; invites and discounts to special Keep Texas Beautiful events, conferences and member roundtables.

Keep Texas Beautiful is an accredited 501(c)(3) nonprofit agency; all donations (including membership donations) are tax deductible. A receipt or letter of acknowledgment can be provided upon request.
