Keep Texas Beautiful is looking for speakers and presenters for our 2019 Annual Conference June 18-20 in Rockwall, Texas. Each year, we host this conference to provide high-quality education and networking opportunities for those looking to align with our mission and build community. This three day, multi-track format offers attendees a variety of education sessions and interactive forums. Keynote - MiShon Landry
MiShon Landry, CDP is a Certified Diversity Professional and CEO of Culture Consultants located in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. She is also a Supplier Diversity Consultant for Alcon a Division of Novartis and facilitates the Cultural Competency portion of the DiversityFIRST Certification.
She has a passion for Leadership, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, STEM, and Relationship Building principals. MiShon functions as a change agent and influencer with over a decade of experience in People, Program, Project Management and Leadership expertise.
Her recent appointment as an officer in the NMSDC Healthcare Industry Group (HCIG) solidifies her continued commitment to Supplier Diversity.
Inclusive Leadership Institute dba Culture Consultants is a firm dedicated to bridging the gap between inclusion and leadership. We cultivate talent and build global leader capacity in today’s organizational culture through comprehensive Inclusive Leadership workshops, seminars, keynotes and consulting services.
In her former role as Regional HRIS Manager, Client Relations Manager and Business Resource Group Leader, MiShon was honored as Diversity Champion for three consecutive years, she also was recognized by her peers for Professional Development achievements and was selected as one of three female leader to be interviewed by Working Mother Magazine, Better Tarrant, Invest Human, Standing Out and Healthcare Business Woman’s HBANET Podcast.

MiShon is faith and family oriented, she is deeply involved in the community through her volunteer efforts with the City of North Richland Hills, Keep NRH Beautiful Commission Board, Tarrant County Food Policy Council, Communications Committee for Texas CASA, Advisory Board for Iron Dallas, Signature Event Volunteer Lead for the Fort Worth Food + Wine Festival and Leadership ISD of Tarrant County.
